Delivery
We carefully process every order to ensure your products reach you safely.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Kerala: 2–4 Business Days
- South India: 3–5 Business Days
- Rest of India: 4–7 Business Days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Product should be in its original condition.
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or damaged products.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or altered products.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Refund Process
- After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/wrong product.
